We are pleased to announce that Head Start/Early Head Start programs will be recouping all the funding that was lost last year due to sequestration.  Head Start is the only non-defense program that received this type of increase.  Programs will also receive a 1.3% Cost of Living increase.   There will also be $500 million available for Early Head Start/Child Care partnerships.  Lastly, $25 million will fund the DRS for this year.
